Resolve Low-Volume/High-Mix Inspection Bottlenecks with Human-Friendly Robotics

Robotic programming can be daunting, particularly for low-volume/high-mix applications. Collaborative Robots (cobots) makes it easy for a non-robot expert to program complex 3D inspection. This human-robot collaboration (HRC) can also be aided by autonomous motion planning using Digital Twinning and AI. Once robotic 3D inspection is complete, the resulting inspection data then can be used to improve the design (CAD) to manufacture a new part with improved quality. This quality-to-design loop can help Additive Manufacturing (AM), Injection Molding, Metal Casting, Metal Forming, and other manufacturing, maintenance, and repair processes.
